Early Childhood
Autism Program
Our Early Childhood Autism Program is a holistic, therapeutic model grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), designed for children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder between the ages of 16 months and 6 years. The program is intentionally structured to mirror the rhythm and environment of a typical preschool and kindergarten, allowing children to feel confident, capable, and successful as they learn and grow alongside their peers.
Within this nurturing community, children build skills together, each bringing their own strengths, perspectives, and gifts that naturally enrich the learning experience. Our therapeutic center serves as the playground where these meaningful moments unfold, thoughtfully designed to include immersive sensory experiences, imaginative play opportunities, and STEAM-based learning environments that invite curiosity and connection.

A Nurturing, Center-Based Environment
Our Early Childhood Program offers a holistic, naturalistic approach to ABA for children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Each child is supported by a dedicated ABA therapist, engaging in intentionally designed spaces that encourage play, exploration and regulation.
Intentional Learning Spaces
Our learning environment is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, exploration, and play. Drawing on Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf philosophies, along with Scandinavian-inspired simplicity, our spaces feature open shelving, natural materials, and carefully curated learning areas that invite children to engage at their own pace. Every element is intentionally placed to offer gentle invitations to play, allowing our team to follow each child’s lead and honor their interests, curiosity, and developmental rhythm. This purposeful setup nurtures independence, discovery, and joyful engagement, supporting each child’s growth in a holistic and meaningful way.
A Therapeutic Approach to Early Learning
Our Early Childhood Program is rooted in developmentally responsive teaching methodologies that honor each child’s individual learning style, strengths, and interests. Thoughtfully designed therapeutic centers provide opportunities for fine and gross motor development, sensory exploration, creative expression, and early scientific investigations among many other foundations for learning. We integrate evidence-based approaches, including Functional Communication, STEAM-based learning, the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and Floortime all through naturalistic teaching.
Learning Through Play and Daily Experiences
The program serves as a canvas for naturalistic learning, where skills emerge organically through play, routines, and everyday interactions. By embedding learning into meaningful experiences, children build independence and confidence in their learning.
Individualized Programming and Clinical Oversight
Each child’s individualized programming is thoughtfully designed and overseen by their BCBA and Clinical Team, ensuring that goals honor both the child’s developmental needs and family intentions. Our team scaffolds learning experiences, nurtures foundational skills, and supports each child’s regulation, engagement, and growth.
Family Collaboration and Continuity
Parent collaboration and involvement are at the heart of our approach. Through regular parent meetings, we partner closely with families to weave strategies, routines, and supports between the home and center, creating a consistent and nurturing environment for each child. This partnership empowers families to actively participate in their child’s growth, reinforcing progress, building confidence, and supporting each child’s journey.
Continued Support
Many families choose to partner with our program for multiple years, allowing their child to grow, explore, and develop at a pace that meets their individual needs. Over time, as each child grows developmentally and demonstrates readiness, we work closely with families to support transitions into new educational or community settings, ensuring a smooth and successful next chapter in their journey.
