Isadora is the Practice Manager at Somewhere Over the Spectrum. She graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and brings years of valuable experience from both administrative roles and the health insurance industry. Isadora is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children, families, and staff can truly thrive, and she is thrilled to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in children’s lives every day.

In her role, Isadora plays a vital part in welcoming and onboarding new staff, supporting new clients and families as they join the center, and serving as a liaison between the center and insurance providers. She keeps the center running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that processes flow seamlessly and that the team has the support they need to deliver the best care and guidance to every child and family.

Outside of work, Isadora enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, staying active, and indulging in all things fashion.
