Gina is the Operations Manager at Somewhere Over the Spectrum. With over a decade of experience in Special Education, she has worked in a variety of roles, and it is through these experiences that she is able to lead and guide our team and center with intention, clarity, and a thoughtful approach to daily operations. Gina aims to bring positivity, calmness, and unwavering support to every family that walks through the center’s doors.

In her role, Gina assists in overseeing the daily operations of Somewhere Over the Spectrum. She ensures that staff schedules run smoothly, coordinates communication between teams, and supports the implementation of programs and services with efficiency and consistency. Gina’s organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain a welcoming, well-structured environment where both clients and staff can thrive, making her an essential part of the center’s day-to-day success.

In her free time, Gina loves spending every moment with her two sons. Her favorite part of her job is celebrating the small victories with clients and their families, and she especially enjoys the excitement and joy she sees in the children each morning as they arrive at the center.
