Meet Courtney Welch-Greig

Founder, COO & Operations Director, MBA

Courtney has been working extensively in the field of healthcare and pediatric therapy since 2013, building a diverse and comprehensive foundation of experience across multiple roles. Her work has spanned direct client and family support, community engagement, program leadership, and operational management giving her a unique perspective on both the clinical and organizational sides of care. This multifaceted background allows her to approach her work with a balance of strategic insight and heartfelt connection, ensuring that systems and programs not only operate effectively but also meet the individual needs of every child and family she serves.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management. During that time, she worked intimately in exploring the many facets of supporting and coordinating pediatric therapy services, gaining insight into both the clinical and operational elements that contribute to high-quality, family-centered care. Courtney later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Healthcare Management, equipping her with the strategic perspective to lead complex, mission-driven organizations, optimize operations, and foster environments that prioritize both excellence in care and meaningful, compassionate support for autistic children and their families.

Following various leadership and management roles, she co-founded Somewhere Over the Spectrum to fully bring her own experiences, values, and vision to life. Her approach centers on holistic, authentic, and intentional care, ensuring that every aspect of the organization, from programs and services to daily interactions are thoughtfully designed. Guided by empathy, lived experience, and professional expertise, she strives to create an environment where children are seen, supported, and celebrated, and families feel empowered, understood, and genuinely connected to the community around them.

Courtney leads Somewhere Over the Spectrum, drawing on her expertise to align the organization’s systems and departments and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. With a natural ability to lead with both clarity and compassion, she shares her vision in ways that inspire collaboration, strengthen community relationships, and empower families throughout their journey.
